In the Making is an artist development programme, founded in 2017 by Ivors Novello Award-winning Songwriter, Drummer & Producer, Cassell ‘The Beatmaker’.

With over 25 years of experience, Cassell the Beatmaker has worked with an impressive list of new and established artists including The Streets, Plan B, MNEK, Mahalia, amongst others.
